- Opened or unopened products in original packaging
- Return request made within 60 days of delivery
Not Eligible:
- Return requests after 60 days
- Products damaged through misuse
- Final sale or promotional items

We’ll cover return shipping on your first order if you’re not satisfied — no questions asked.
For any returns after your first purchase, you’ll be responsible for return shipping, unless the product was incorrect or arrived damaged.
How to Start a Return:
- Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll reply within 1–2 business days with instructions and a return authorization.
- If it’s your first order, we’ll send you a prepaid return label.
For subsequent orders, we’ll share the return address and you’ll arrange shipping. - Once we receive the returned product, we’ll issue your refund within 5–10 business days.
Additional Notes:
- No restocking fees — ever.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method.
- For subscription products, returns are eligible only on the most recent shipment.
